Our care for you and your newborn doesn\u2019t stop after you go home. While our CNM scope of practice includes newborn care for the first 28 days of life, we strongly encourage all our families to establish care with a pediatric provider and to bring their newborn in for his or her first appointment as recommended by that provider.<\/p>\n
